GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or CREDIT/GIFT CARD which are subject to the below terms:
If the product will be refunded, returned, or exchanged there will be charge on Return Handling Fee of $ per item, and Restocking Fee of $$5 per item per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
CREDIT POLICY
You are given 60 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product
In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Credit
We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can’t be used to pay for shipping fees.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
